My interest in design started early. As a kid, weekends often meant rearranging my bedroom furniture, painting my walls, or dreaming about restoring antiques. When I watched movies, I found myself just as interested in the sets as the story itself, studying the colours, furniture and architectural details that became a supporting character. It was only natural that I followed my love of design and received my Bachelor of Interior Design from Mount Royal University.
Now 20 years into my career in the design industry, my role as Design Consultant with California Closets allows me to focus on creating beautiful, functional and transformative custom cabinetry for my clients.
Every home has a story, shaped by culture, values, lifestyle and personal aesthetic. My goal is always to work collaboratively with clients, listening carefully and guiding the process so their story can be translated into solutions that feel deeply at home in their space.
I’m fortunate to work alongside and incredibly talented team here at California Closets, from Customer Liaisons to Installers, whose skill and collaboration help bring these ideas to life, allowing each project to move from concept to finished space seamlessly.
Outside of work, I’m a mom of three, a self-admitted hoarder of art. And on most weekends, you can still find me rearranging my furniture, obsessing over paint colours, and dreaming up architectural details.

- I am beyond thrilled with the entire process from planning to completion. A huge shoutout to my designer, Sarah, who was super friendly, very relatable and an absolute breath of fresh air. I’ve been to showrooms and home improvement tradeshows whereby the designers I spoke with gave me the impression that they all lived in gazillion dollar mansions. (Me and my 1200 sq ft bungalow felt quite out of place.) Sarah, however, was down to earth, welcoming and exuded the perfect blend of professionalism and kindness. She took the time to discuss my storage needs, provided me with a couple of options and produced a 3-D rendering of what my closets would look like, all while remaining within my budget. Her communication and follow up during and after the install further highlight her dedication to her clients. My installers, Daniel and Mikhail did an outstanding job with their installation of three closet organizers and a custom desk. They were both friendly and professional and arrived on time with smiles on their faces and eager to work. It is obvious that they both take tremendous pride in their work from their attention to detail, their solid work ethic and their impeccable clean up after the installation was complete. My experience with California Closets has been a solid 5-Star experience. They have raised the bar high for the standards of customer service
