California Closets Reviews - Sarah Ward
I had the pleasure of working with Sarah ward. She did an excellent job helping to design something that works great for my space. She was very professional and responsive. The cabinet maker involved did an excellent job installing. He was efficient, professional and kept the workspace clean- From my first phone call to Cali Closets the service was top notch. I so appreciate Sarah for the patience, professionalism and knowledge that she had for our condo needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Cali Closets, and Sarah to anyone that was looking for that service.
- Working with your representative Sarah Ward was excellent. Great ideas, very helpful and most efficient. Cabinets are of good quality, installation was seamless. Cleanup great, nothing left amiss. We love all our new cupboards and cabinets. Thank you.
- I am beyond thrilled with the entire process from planning to completion. A huge shoutout to my designer, Sarah, who was super friendly, very relatable and an absolute breath of fresh air. I’ve been to showrooms and home improvement tradeshows whereby the designers I spoke with gave me the impression that they all lived in gazillion dollar mansions. (Me and my 1200 sq ft bungalow felt quite out of place.) Sarah, however, was down to earth, welcoming and exuded the perfect blend of professionalism and kindness. She took the time to discuss my storage needs, provided me with a couple of options and produced a 3-D rendering of what my closets would look like, all while remaining within my budget. Her communication and follow up during and after the install further highlight her dedication to her clients. My installers, Daniel and Mikhail did an outstanding job with their installation of three closet organizers and a custom desk. They were both friendly and professional and arrived on time with smiles on their faces and eager to work. It is obvious that they both take tremendous pride in their work from their attention to detail, their solid work ethic and their impeccable clean up after the installation was complete. My experience with California Closets has been a solid 5-Star experience. They have raised the bar high for the standards of customer service
- Excellent service. Sarah understood my needs. The installer Daniel was pleasant and did a great job with the installation.
- We are very happy with the quality of the wall-bed and shelvings. Installation was done well and smoothly with minimal interferences at home. The product looks great and works well as exactly what we wanted. Sarah has done an excellent job working with us to arrive the colour scheme and final design of the furniture, and followed through the installation ensuring our satisfaction. Quality product and great service!
- Love my new shelving - china cabinet, storage and book shelves. Sarah was great in guiding me though the kind of product that I wanted, picking my brain for what appealed to me. The unit looks like it has always been in my condo and not just an added feature. The guys installing the unit were very tidy and thoughtful of their work area. They worked efficiently and made sure the unit was always clean while they worked. I was really impressed by the whole process I would highly recommend California Closet to anyone who requires storage space of any kind.
