  The whole experience was professional from start to finish. Matthew was very patient with all of our modifications during the planning phase. The onsite crew treated our home like their own. It was beautiful when the installations were completed. Everything was cleaned spotlessly. All we had to do was sit and enjoy the aesthetics. Fireplace was a nice addition to our condo.   We recently had the good pleasure of working with California Closets. We purchased a ten year old high end home this summer but some of the closets weren't functional, or in need of organizers. After receiving feedback from another local closet company, we knew that although more expensive, California Closets was heads and shoulders above their competition. Matthew took the time to come, measure, ask us about our needs and priorities, and then provided detailed drawings. He was patient when we requested a few changes, and updated the drawings. They were prompt to book the installation appointment. The emails from the admin and billing departments were very clear throughout the process. The two installers were professional, careful, cheerful and left the area tidy and clean. There was a follow up email with care instructions and warranty information. This is a superior closet product and service, and we'd be happy to recommend to anyone looking for an excellent closet experience.

  We had our master closet done a few months ago. And I could not be more happy!!! Matthew spent a couple of hours with us and did up the perfect plan. He made lots of great suggestions and did his best to work within our budget. The installation was done within hours and Darcy and "Hunky" Mike were professional, organized and cleaned up. Talk about efficient!!! And of course, now I am looking at all our other closets and wondering............. They are a high end company, but when you see what you get and know the quality of the materials - there is no question I would use California Closets again! I would definitely recommend them.
